  1. like your blog. I’m a non PhD grad but I take a keen interest in all things social economic around me. Agreeably there are problems that plaque us. Most of which that comes from us. How are we going to solve them really depends on our attitude. To me, the nature of the problem is really simple, its the change in people’s mindset that is hard. Cheers!

  2. Hi Nicki,

thanks for checking in to my blog. I’m enjoying your posts here. Neat contributions. I’ve yet to resume my blog writing though! Feel free to romp and play on my modest blog. Cheers!

  3. Hey Nicki,
I’m enjoying your blog. I love your commitment to public sociology. I am finishing a BA in Soc. this spring and pursuing a PhD in Soc. in the fall, and once I’m done with school I am hoping to find ways to bring sociological thought and research to the public as well. So, seeing other sociologists engaging with both academia and the public sphere is encouraging and refreshing.
